As a military leader, Daina thrived on strength and discipline, but her body had other plans. After experiencing waves of paralysis, she realised her body was shutting her down despite her efforts to stay fit. Healing began when she paused, listened, and shifted from force to flow, restoring energy, balance, and self-acceptance.
KAHU addresses a common and growing issue: people over 45 are struggling with basic health and movement. “Women my age are being dragged through the mud of menopause and many people are struggling to move freely—this doesn’t have to be the norm,” says Daina.
