4. Participation and Changes
To participate in any of our products or services, you may need to connect via telephone or internet to attend training webinars. It is your responsibility to ensure access to a reliable computer or phone line. Daina Kahu is not responsible for any internet or telephone charges you incur for participation, nor can we guarantee the quality of your internet connection. However, we will make every effort to ensure that all webinars are as technologically accessible as possible.
We understand that circumstances can unexpectedly change, and this applies to us as well. From time to time, we may need to adjust training content, schedules, or production timelines. While we will do our best to maintain planned training events, course materials, and schedules, we reserve the right to make changes to our programs and services. If changes are required, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Additionally, if we need to amend these Terms, we will provide you with the updated version in writing at least sixty days in advance. You will have sixty days to review and sign the updated Terms. To maintain access to our programs and services, you must sign the new Terms. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your enrollment.
