You will have 7 modules to work through. Each module has movement videos that range from 2 minutes to 20 minutes in duration.
Every day, you will have a movement video to follow. These can range between 2 minutes and 20 minutes to complete and can be done any time of day.
If you are breathing and live on planet Earth, you have a body and are worthy of the time spent doing Movement Flow.
