Whether I am working on my own retreats or collaborating with others, I understand that there is a theme for each retreat. This means I go in with missions to suit. Below is an example of how I work each retreat.

MY CONNECT MISSION

 

To deliver a whole ‘being' connection experience by supporting the physical body to help them unlock its potential using flowing purposeful movement bringing awareness back and strengthening their relationship with their body.

 

MY MAIN GOAL

 

For clients to walk away from each session having strengthened their connection and relationship with their body.

 

CLIENTS BODY RELATIONSHIP JOURNEY

 

I take clients on a journey to:

 

  1. Rediscover true self (not just who and WHAT they see in the mirror) 

  2. Help their body gain their trust again

  3. Uncover emotional blockages potentially inhibiting their current functional movement abilities

  4. Share with them the importance of understanding posture 

  5. Teach them movements that target organ health

  6. Strengthen their relationship with their own body

  7. Give them self-care tools to help their journey post-retreat

MY MOVE/PLAY MISSION

 

To deliver a fun yet challenging whole “body” exercise experience through various movement and play.

 

MY MAIN GOAL

 

For clients to walk away from an intense work out with a smile on their faces, sweat on their brow and armed with the enthusiasm to exercise more!

 

CLIENTS MOVEMENT JOURNEY

 

I take clients on a journey to:

 

  1. Discover their body and its current abilities and future potential. 

  2. Show them the importance of building resilience first and foremost for themselves. 

  3. Share with them many different ways in which they can exercise without the need to join a gym, and show them exercises they can do with a workout buddy or with a group of friends. 

  4. Teach them movements that one day may just save their lives! 

  5. Finding fun in fitness again.

MY CONNECT MISSION

 

To deliver a Military combined with Shamanism experience, where discipline meets flow, delivered in the embodiment of womanhood with the 'soul' purpose of helping you THRiVE!

 

MY MAIN GOAL

 

For you to become "un-stuck" and THRiVE. Providing you with the tools and a safe space to uncover the real you from behind the masks.

 

CLIENTS CONNECT JOURNEY

 

I take clients on a journey to:

 

  1. Understand what your body is telling you. 

  2. Challenge the status quo and old belief patterns

  3. Align the Body and Spirit to move through life with certainty and ease

SO WHO IS THIS FOR?

 

This type of retreat facilitation fits in with programs that want to provide clients with a WHOLEBODY CONNECTION experience through MOVING their BODY, CONNECTING with SELF, and to PLAY like there is no tomorrow!

 

WHAT ELSE IS INVOLVED?

 

Along with what has been outlined above, I facilitate the following:

 

1. Assist in Breathwork Sessions

2. Facilitate group meditation

3. Facilitate an intention/goal setting process

4. Provide postural assessments and create individual plans for correction/strengthening/releasing

5. Facilitate ICE-breakers/Teambuilding

6. Facilitate dream board creating
