What is a Self Care Tool Kit?:

We believe in empowering our clients to take their health in their own hands. We want to educate and encourage SELF CARE so we pulled together our TOP 3 Self Care Tools, added in a SPIKY BALL and a PHYSIO ROLLER and have created a kick ass Self Care Tool Kit.

Why these 5 tools?:

You can read up on our TOP 3 products by checking them out individually but if we were to sum these 3 up in one sentance it would be,

"In their own unique way these 3 tools are like Reflexology on steroids!!"

We have added in a SPIKY BALL to assist in release work. We teach our clients to RELEASE with AWARENESS (RwA) using the spiky ball. When we have muscles that are toned and need releasing in order for a body part to function optimally the spiky ball is a winner.

We have also added a PHYSIO ROLLER for the intracate and delicate releases eg. Upper cervical, ribs, around the joints. Contray to popular belief, using the physio roller on your joints is most beneficial. There is so much tension stored there.

Bonus:

You will receive tuition video's for each of these tools. Please contact us if you have questions.
