To live a simple life is to live a life with little stress. Stress accounts for 80% of ALL DIS-EASE. Stress comes from many areas in life; Environmental, Mental, Emotional, Physical, Financial, Relationship, Workplace, Homelife. Also, stress does not discriminate!
To be healthy and fit is to be fully EXPRESSING LIFE and DAILY STRESSORS can often stop us from doing just that. We ALL experience daily stressors but not all of us seem to be able to minimise the effects of these stressors or minimise the number of stressors we encounter, and that's what I am here to help.
Daily stressors fall under these two categories. TOXICITY and DEFICIENCY.
Our first focus area of your Embodied Holistic Lifestyle Mentorship, is to work through a STRESS AUDIT, deCluttering your external environment, and detoxing your internal environment of all things toxic, and replenish all things deficient.
I will use cutting edge technology alongside wisdom gained from my learnings and experiences to assist in YOUR journey of ELIMINATING STRESS, finding more ease in your life, and achieving more exceptional health.

What does it mean to be fully expressing life? Well, that is when we can dance and MOVE FREELY without physical, mental or emotional restrictions.
It is when we have FULL CONNECTION to self where our Mind, Body, and Soul is in unison walking in the same direction working together to evolve becoming the highest expression of ourselves.
And it is when we can let go of the need for control and allow ourselves a moment to PLAY. Play for fun, for competition, and play to keep some spice in our relationships.

Now that we have created space by simplifying the way you function in life, we can start adding healing protocols and healthy habits that will help you grow.
During this phase, you will be encouraged to always look at what you can DROP out of your lifestyle that no longer serves you. There may be habits to SWAP out straight away, or habits to ADD in that will enhance your Embodied Holistic Lifestyle Experience.

It takes 21 days to form a habit and 90 days to create a lifestyle. This phase is all about keeping the body strong and the mind disciplined to make conscious decisions while experiencing a healthy habitual intuitive way of living.
Wisdom is knowledge experienced. We must give energy in the form of focused attention over time and distance. I help provide a supportive environment for you to do just that.
During this phase, you may want to work on refining an area in your life or dive deeper into a new experience. I will support you through this time and space of experiential learning.
Consistent movement practice will be a focus and play is profoundly encouraged to find lightness in your daily expression. You are acknowledging your inner child's desire to move and play your soul peace and your body life.
